Requirements:

Leeds-based Industrial & Commercial Emergency Lighting specialist approached UC4 to produce a bespoke piece of marketing material aimed at product specifiers in the Middle East market. They wanted something that architects and specifiers could refer to when specifying Emergency Lighting for high specification projects.

Solution

The key requirements for the project were to create a marketing piece that architects and specifiers would keep on their desks and refer back to time and time again and be an interesting design piece that the end user would engage with and want to keep.

We had to get across a high-end specification feel that would reflect the innovative and quality nature of the products, whilst also getting across the key features and information of the product that the user would require.

As we were looking at a limited product range, we opted for something that would be easy to hold in the hand, easy to store away, but be interesting enough that the user would want to interact with it.

We opted for a square format loose-leaf brochure which incorporated a variety of print finishes and materials. We used different papers, plastics and opacities to create interest and a more tactile and interactive approach that was in keeping with the high-end nature of the product and the projects they would be specified in.

We also created a bespoke polypropylene sleeve to keep the brochure safe in transit but also to store in after use, giving it longevity as well as interest.
