ITC First Aid
Online Business & CRM
CLIENT
ITC First Aid is an established awarding body that develops qualifications and approves supports and verifies the activity of third party training course providers.
Requirements
ITC wanted help with automating the heavy workload of administration and regulatory reporting involved in its business. The answer was thought to be an online office administration system for use by trainers running ITC approved companies, so that all data would be input directly at source. The resulting database would then be available to support and automate the management tasks required of ITC staff.
SOLUTION
The specification, design and development of a public website with details of course providers, courses and course availability (www.itcfirstaid.org.uk) plus a members only area offering online training course administration for use by ITC Approved Providers. This automates provider administration and also makes relevant data automatically available to ITC. The system has been developed in several phases since its launch in 2009 and has now processed several thousand courses and tens of thousands of candidates.
The following functions are for course providers :-
- Provider profile management (for public website)
- Course assessor accreditation management
- Course documentation management
- Course registration and administration
- Candidate registration and administration
- Access to support resources

Ian Moore - Operations Manager ITC
“We couldn’t operate without the Web Office system UC4 built for us. It’s fantastic. It has enabled us to grow the business significantly with our existing staff. Without it we would have had to hire at least five more people to reach current business levels.”
