Integrated Retail website
Lee Longlands is one of the leading fine furniture retailers in the UK. An iconic furniture destination in the midlands area, Lee Longlands sells some of the worlds leading furniture brands including Ligne Roset, Ekornes, Tempur, Natuzzi and Duresta.
Lee Longlands required a CMS Driven retail website that successfully reflected their brand values online – style, service and quality. The website had to integrate with their in-house sales and stock management system and deliver a memorable and satisfying experience to their customers. We were also commissioned to develop strategic SEO campaigns to build their customer base and push promotions at key times of the year.
UC4 designed and developed a sophisticated CMS driven website and integrated it with the Lee Longlands in-house sales and stock management systems. The product data and prices are automatically updated via the stock management system and the marketing functions are controlled separately by the uc4 content management system.
We have managed the SEO extremely successfully over time and new visitors to the website have grown over 300% in this period. uc4 also manage the Lee Longlands Pay Per Click campaigns (Google Adwords) to promote sales in key periods such as Christmas and New Year. The Pay Per Click adverts are carefully researched and monitored to ensure maximum return on investment and minimise wasted clicks and spend.
UC4 also produced and managed the send of e-mail campaigns at key sales times. These e-mail campaigns have produced impressive open and click through results and delivered a high number of sales thanks to impactful design and high delivery rates.

They provide an exceptional level of support and like to make sure their customers have an understanding of how all aspects of the website work. All the work undertaken has been seen to be good value and productive.”
