Directors

Dathan Wells
With over 10 years experience of designing cutting edge web sites and multimedia experiences, Dathan has worked for a variety of agencies in London & throughout the Midlands

Following a degree in Multimedia Design BA (hons), Dathan joined BT as a graduate trainee in their Advanced Projects division - primarily project managing the initial trails for UK broadband and web TV, before moving on to work as Senior Designer in some of the UK's leading web design agencies and eventually setting up uc4 with Roger and Simon in 2001.

Simon Willis
Having produced award winning design for print for some of the world's leading brands Simon's knowledge and experience of creative design and printing techniques is second to none - with over 15 years experience as a graphic designer and design manager.

Simon has an enviable list of printing contacts throughout the UK ensuring that no matter how creative the solution uc4 can provide the most competitive prices without any compromise in quality.

Roger Pugh
Roger has over 30 years experience in software development and is responsible for all technical aspects of web site development as well as uc4's extremely successful search engine optimisation solutions.

With an unrivalled knowledge of the technical aspects of web site design, Roger has an extremely diverse range of expertise in designing and developing user-friendly websites for clients across a range of sectors.
