Case Study: Queen Alexandra College (QAC) - Your Guide prospectus

Queen Alexandra College (QAC) is a Specialist College based in Birmingham. Their original purpose was to provide education for young people who were blind or visually impaired. Today, in addition to supporting people who have a visual impairment, they now offer support and guidance for students on the Autistic Spectrum (including individuals with Asperger’s syndrome), those with moderate to severe learning difficulties, students with physical disabilities and those with other needs.

UC4 has designed the QAC Your Guide prospectus for the last 5 years, as well as developing the website, college literature and visitor cards. The prospectus is often the first impression that a parent or prospective student has of the college. We all know how first impressions count, so each year a series of concepts and a final bespoke design is created in line with current educational prospectus trends. An emphasis on readability is always taken into account with a clear and concise design that the prospective students will be able to understand.
